At Murray River Caravan and Camping, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a returns and refunds policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Conditions for Returns: To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  1. The item is in its original packaging and condition.
  2. Proof of purchase is provided.
  3. The return is initiated within the 14-day return window.
